Portable 360° High-Temperature Furnace Camera SystemPortable Furnace Camera System

The lens is inserted into the furnace to observe glass, ceramics, tiles, molten material and flames. The camera and lens are installed in a specially designed high-temperature protective housing. Applications include metallurgy, ceramics, steel, power generation, glass, building materials and machinery.
Compressed-air cooling allows the lens to be inserted into furnaces below 1000°C for continuous observation of material heating, annealing, combustion, flame shape and equipment operation.
Cooling airflow supports stable, continuous operation in high-temperature environments.
- Monitor flames and material inside the furnace. The source lists conflicting limits (below 1000°C / over 1000°C); confirm the operating temperature rating before selection.
- Manual insertion and retraction
- 60° / 90° viewing optics with 360° rotational viewing
