Explosion-Proof Dust Concentration Detection System
MIT-Ex-DCD

Exd IIB Gb / Ex tb IIIC Db
Product Features
- Uses advanced semiconductor nanotechnology with low power consumption, a 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data chip.
- Equipped with a 2.0-inch industrial-grade display with 320×240 resolution.
- Concentration units can be switched between ug/m³ and mg/m³.
- LCD displays concentration, type, unit and operating status.
- Independent sensing chamber; sensor replacement does not require on-site setup, and key parameters are identified automatically.
- Two-stage alarm setting with dual relay signal outputs: two sets of dry-contact NO/NC outputs.
- Multiple signal outputs are supported: standard 4–20 mA output with transmission distance <1 km; standard RS485 signal using MODBUS RTU with transmission distance <1 km.
- Provides pressure resistance, lightning, short-circuit, reverse-polarity, electrostatic and magnetic-interference protection, plus automatic recovery to reduce damage from external, human or natural causes.
- Explosion-proof certification: Exd IIB Gb / Ex tb IIIC Db.
