MICS-7300-TXN-PT
The Caméra and lens assembly can be manually inserted and retracted
Portable haute température furnace Caméra
Right-angle or 60° / 90° viewing optics, with 360° rotational viewing
360-degree haute température Caméra optics
Features:

The lens is inserted into the furnace to observe glass, ceramics, tiles, molten material and flames. The Caméra and lens are installed in a specially designed haute température protective housing. Applications include metallurgy, ceramics, steel, power generation, glass, building materials and machinery.

Compressed-air Refroidissement allows the lens to be inserted into furnaces below 1000°C for continuous observation of material heating, annealing, combustion, flame shape and equipment operation.

Refroidissement airflow supports stable, continuous operation in haute température environments.

Spécifications:
Applications: glass and ceramic furnaces, cement kilns, metallurgical heating furnaces, power plant boilers, waste incinerators and molten-iron ladles
Insertion / retraction: manual operation
Resolution: 3-megapixel IP Caméra with on-Caméra recording
Lens length can be customized for furnace wall thickness. 60°, 90° or right-angle optics; 360° rotational viewing and adjustable insertion depth.
  1. Monitor flames and material inside the furnace. The source lists conflicting limits (below 1000°C / over 1000°C); confirm the operating température rating before selection.
  2. Manual insertion and retraction
  3. 60° / 90° viewing optics with 360° rotational viewing

En bref

Environnement de fonctionnement

Environnements chauds, dangereux, poussiéreux ou à procédés continus nécessitant une surveillance visuelle à distance.

Principaux avantages

Améliorez la visibilité des procédés, réduisez l’exposition du personnel et transmettez les anomalies au centre de supervision.

Options d’intégration

Réseaux, alarmes, thermographie, vision IA et supervision centralisée sont configurables selon les besoins du projet.
